We offer FREE standard shipping on all UK orders over £50.
📦 Order Processing & Dispatch

Orders placed before 9:00 AM (Mon–Fri): Processed the same day and delivered within 2 working days.

Orders placed after 9:00 AM: We’ll do our best to process the same day, but they will usually be dispatched the next working day.

Orders placed on Fridays (after 9 AM), weekends, or public holidays: Processed the next working day (usually Monday).
All orders are shipped within the United Kingdom (mainland) via trusted courier partners – DHL, FedEx, or DPD.

We aim to deliver all orders within 2 working days with an exception of certain heating products.

Zone C & Zone D Postcodes: Delivery may take longer. Our customer service team will contact you with an estimated delivery time and any applicable shipping costs before dispatching your order.
