At Olectrical, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, you can return it to us—no questions asked within 14 days—following the options outlined below.
We offer flexible return options to suit your needs, whether you're looking for a refund or an exchange.
Return Options
1. Refund (Within 14 Days)
You can return your item(s) within 14 days from the date of delivery for a refund.
A £3.99 handling and packaging fee will be deducted from your refund amount. The return shipping charges will be borne by the sender.
2. Exchange (Within 14 Days)
Send your item(s) back by post within 14 days from the date of delivery for an exchange.
Please note: a £3.99 charge applies to cover packaging and handling. The return shipping charges will be borne by the sender.
Refund Process
Refunds will be initiated once the returned items have been received and inspected at our warehouse.
We aim to process refunds within 2 working days of receiving the item. Depending on your payment provider, it may take up to 5 working days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Sale Items

Sale items can be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery for a refund.

After 14 days for up to 28 days from the date of delivery, they are eligible for exchange only.

Return Guidelines
To ensure your return is eligible:

Items must be returned in original condition, including all original accessories & packaging.

Tags and labels must be intact.

You may open the packaging to inspect the item as you would in-store—but please take care.

Multibuy or bundle offers must be returned in full, including any free items received.

Items damaged through customer misuse or improper handling will not be eligible for return or refund.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights regarding faulty or misdescribed products.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If you've received a faulty or damaged product, we’re here to help.
As soon as you notice a damage in your items or a faulty product, please take a picture or a video of the faulty item and immediately send it to us at info@olectrical.co.uk and one of our advisors will reach out to you with the further process. We can only cover the faulty items for up to 6 months from the date of purchase.

Ensure the product is within warranty. We’ll inspect the item and resolve your issue as quickly as possible.
Note: We are unable to refund more than the amount paid. We do not cover labour, installation, or removal costs under any circumstance.

1. How long do I have to return my order?
You have 14 days by post for exchanges.

Yes, a £3.99 fee applies to all returns to cover handling and re-packaging.

We process refunds within 5 working days of receiving the item. Your bank may take additional time to reflect the refund.
4. Can I return sale items?
Yes. Sale items can be returned within 14 days for a refund. After 14 days for up to 28 days, they are only eligible for exchange.
5. What if my item is damaged or faulty?
Please contact us within 72 hours of delivery. Include your order number, clear photos, videos and a description of the issue. We’ll arrange a resolution promptly.
6. Can I return an item that’s been used or installed?
No. We only accept items in new, unused condition with all original packaging. Installed or damaged products are not eligible for return.
7. Do you cover installation or removal costs for faulty products?
No. We are unable to reimburse for any labour, fitting, or removal charges.
