Refund & Return Policy

At Olectrical if you are not happy, return the goods bought within 28 days without any questions asked

We hope you will be delighted with everything you have bought from the brands available, but if you are unhappy with your products for any reason, you can return them to us in accordance with the below mentioned three options for returning items in order to receive a refund or exchange

Small returns charge of £7.99 towards handling charge and outward freight will be applicable on store purchases within 28 days from the receipt of goods for a REFUND only.

Send your returns by POST to our warehouse within 14 days from the receipt of goods for an EXCHANGE only.
All returns subjected to £7.99 fees towards outward freight and handling charge.


The refund process begins with the receipt of the returned item to our warehouse. We aim to process refunds within 5 working days. The length of time it takes for the funds to appear in your account will depend on your payment provider and financial institution, and may take up to three weeks. If you have any questions, please contact our support team.

Sale Items

Can be returned by post or in-store within 14 days from the receipt of the goods. Items returned can be refunded for the amount paid. Sale items returned after this time are eligible for an exchange only.


If you need to return your products, please do remember that you have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the products while you have them.

You can open the packaging to look at and try on the products as you would in our store. Keep and include the original packaging with your return.
Tags should not be removed from any item.
For combination purchases / multibuys you must return any 'free' items back to us to process a refund.
Please note that items not in exactly similar condition and packing as at the time of dispatching, will not be eligible for a refund.
Any products broken or damaged due to customers mishandling will not be accepted back.
This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights in respect of defective products.

Faulty/Damaged Goods

We're sorry that one of our products has become faulty or you are unhappy with the quality and we'd like to help you resolve the problem as quickly as possible. Please return the item either to our store by post. Please ensure that the product is still under warranty and clearly state your purchase date and invoice number while returning faulty product. We will look into your query as soon as possible. If returning by post, please note your reason on the returns form. This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights. "

PLEASE NOTE THAT we cannot refund to you more money than you have paid for the product. We do not accept any labour cost compensation request and unfortunately cannot pay you for the cost incurred in installing or removing our product.
